These two pictures are of the precious little baby lambs that were our first lambs. The first one is Sunshine. The little black lamb is Grace (or Merciful Grace). Aren't they adorable? I was told by my friend that every family needs a black sheep. These sheep will supply me with wool for spinning and because they are crossbred, their offspring can be meat lambs. Sunshine is standing on her Mama. When the mama sheep stands up, Sunshine stays up there. :)
Here are some more pictures of my lambies!!!
This is Faith and Independence. They were twins.
Here are pictures of Grace and 2 of her babies.... Moses (see his gray beard) and Mary. We don't have any of these sheep anymore.
Here is a picture of 2 more little lambs. This is Joshua and Caleb. We no longer have either of them.
Here is a picture taken in March of 2006 of all the sheep we have.
This is my first lamb of the 2006 season. It was a single ram lamb. We have not named him yet.
Here is a photo of the male Aussie we bought to breed with Star. His name is Johnny Rebel or "Reb" for short.
Here is a photo of Star when she was begging to come in.
And here is one of the cats.... YUCK! =) Actually Lucy disappeared the first day after we moved. Ginny was run over on the road this year.
