These Cookie Paddles are for the Universal Plus.  If you have the older Universal, you will need a different set which you can see here.

This set of paddles comes with a metal drive piece that drops onto the Universal's drive shaft.  Warranted against defect by the manufacturer for 5 years. 

 These can be used for heavy duty mixing.  They will handle thick batters and also cookie dough. 

This is for a pair of paddles with the metal drive shaft.
